PRICING

The standard booklet is in black and white (grayscale), 5-1/2 inches wide by 8-1/2 inches high (5 1/2" W x 8 1/2" H), on white paper with either a matte or glossy cover stock. Number of pages INCLUDES the four cover pages (outsides and insides of the cover sheet). Pages are ALWAYS in multiples of four.

Other sizes and use of color are charged separately. Use of color drastically increases the printing costs.

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required upon agreement. This $200 is credited to your final bill.

CUSTOM DESIGN FEES
(does not include printing costs – see below):
    $200 for the design of a 4 - 8 page booklet
    $300 for the design of a 12 - 16 page booklet
    $400 for the design of a 20 - 24 page booklet
    $500 for the design of a 28 - 32 page booklet
    $100 for each additional 4 pages after 32.

Design fees include 2 free rounds of changes/corrections. Subsequent rounds of changes/corrections will be charged $50 each.       Design fees also include all scans of photos, letters, etc., and all research for appropriate public (non-infringement) poems
and quotations.

PRINTING FEES:

• If you are planning to do your own printing and would like a PDF file for your use, you may purchase your PDF file (in either black and white (grayscale) or color) for $90 plus shipping. Full payment required before shipping.
• If MEMORIALBOOKLETS.COM will handle your printing and shipping, the charges are actual costs plus 20% mark-up. Full payment required before shipping.
